We’re pleased to announce the publication of the INSPIRING ERA Exchange Guidelines, a practical manual created by our Consortium to make organising successful INSPIRING ERA Exchange events a breeze. The aim of these events is to facilitate mutual learning on the ERA policy agenda.
Covering everything from initial planning to evaluation, the guidelines outline three main parts of the process for organising smooth INSPIRING ERA Exchange events:
- Event conceptualisation
- Planning & Implementation
- Reporting & Follow-up
In addition to outlining essential steps, the Guidelines also include handy extras such as draft agendas, report forms, an event checklist, and a curated list of useful resources. Together, these elements constitute a toolbox, equipping event organisers with everything they need to orchestrate a successful event. The Guidelines are freely available to anyone to use.
