The CATALISI project supports universities in achieving systemic institutional transformation through targeted acceleration services. By combining tools such as living labs, capacity building, counselling, and a digital CATALYST Hub, it helps higher education institutions improve areas like open science, inclusion, sustainability, skills development, and societal engagement, while showcasing best practices through leading university implementers.

The COALESCE project aims to establish a sustainable European Competence Centre for Science Communication along with an associated Science Communication Academy. By gathering and developing knowledge, resources, and tools, it seeks to enhance the quality of science communication, train and connect practitioners, and promote context-sensitive approaches that foster trust and engagement across Europe.
